Because health care isn't a 9 to 5 job, our office forwards the office phone calls to Dr. Russell's home during off hours. Therefore, emergency calls and necessary appointments are available, especially for new patients needing immediate care.
Financial
We will be happy to submit insurance forms for you and help you maximize your insurance benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
You don't need to worry about coming in and getting suprised with a big bill at the end of your visit. Before we do anything for which there is a fee, we will tell you exactly what the fee is so that you can decide whether or not you want to proceed.
Forms of payment accepted by our office are cash, check, or any major credit card. We also offer Care Credit payment plans (www.carecredit.com).
